One Leaky toilet Is Not Enough, ADD Another Spoil Air Condition (ac)

I can’t believe people these days are so unethical. All this while i thought the ac in the guest room needs servicing, untill i found out today that it was spoil and it was done purposely by the guy that install it!. How do i know?. Yesterday my ac in the living area was leaking, so i called the ac guy to come today and see what’s wrong with it. Usually the piping inside is clog or something. Nothing serious as i had the experienced before. Since the guys are here to fix ac, might as well ask them to service the ac in the guest room. At first he told me the starter was spoil, just change it which was fine. When he changed it, nothing improve. After taking a closer look, then he found out that the compressor is spoil. How, you may ask?. There’s 2 hose that’s connected to the compressor and it’s suppose to let the gas out. He just connect 1 hose which is “in” but didn’t connect the “out” hose. So the gas was stuck inside and eventually the compressor is spoil. As a ac installer, this is 1 simple mistake you should not make. What does this tell you?. Ya.. it was on purpose. That #&@!!!.

Luckily, i have another set of ac and able to change just the compressor. Cost me another 100 bucks to make the change. Was surprise that it works together with a different brand. So people, next time if your fixed it guy tell you that is is spoil, this is now working that is not working, look for other options first before you do anything. Ask them to show you what is spoil and explain how it got spoil. If you are going to fix something that’s spoil let’s make sure it’s broken and can’t be fix unless you replace another one.

Hate Leaky Toilets

One of those days, when the toilets are controlling your life. I have bad experiences with leaky toilets. My old apartment had that problem and now the new apartment is ALSO having that problem. The good news is that it’s finally fixed. Plumber came this afternoon and said that the toilet valve is broken. I didn’t know a plastic toilet valve would cost 200 bucks. He told me that if i wanted to to buy back the branded toilet valve it would cost 200+ and it’s is the same plastic thing that does the job. I choose the 200 dollars valve that still does the job. Hmm… did i get rip off?. I probably did. Unless i have a plumber friend or anyone that knows how to change it, like what the dude said, it’s “market price”.

In case you don’t know what’s a toilet valve, it is the thing that is inside your toilet bowl that pumps the water up when you flush, which is connected to the flusher. I didn’t take a picture of it cause i ask them to throw it away and my toilet bowl is one of those that’s lock with the flusher. My flusher is one of those press down and it locks the lid on top. Explaning it seems like it’s a lot of work.

Leaky toilets is a lot of hassle. The latest one i’ve experience which is mushroom growing in my bathroom. That’s something enriching. It made me research about it. Also make the toilet wet and dirty at all times. I’m a pretty clean person, that is just disturbing. Imagining when you walk into the toilet and stepping on a puddle of water, ewww!. I guess the water is not dirty but after awhile sitting at your tiles or whatever that’s in your bathroom, you get the picture. I hope the new valve does the job and everything would be back to normal.

Till next time…
