Shu Uemura Pinky Blusher and Pearly Loose Powder

Lazy weekend make up review! Sometime ago my friend told me about Shu Uemura pearly loose powder. She told me that she looks flawless and sparkle in pictures and that i should try it out. I was curious and wonder, is it really that good?! At that time the pearly loose powder is new to the market, not that many people know about it.

Wait no more, i went to Shu Uemura counter and decided to try it out. It’s just like any normal loose powder except, it’s mix with very fine glitter. That explains where the sparkle came from. It’s not very glittery you can barely see it on your face, but it does brighten up the face and looks fresh and shinny in pictures ( in a good way, not oily shinny)

The make up consultant recommend for night use. The glitter will shine more to brighten up the face at night. You can also use it for day if you don’t mind a little glittery effect on your face. It definitely gives a more polished look compare to the normal loose powder.

You can even pad it on your shoulders when you wear a tube top for that extra glittery effect, great for clubs or a night party. Bare in mind that it’s very fine glitter with just that extra luminosity. I wear it for day and night. Doesn’t make any difference to me. I have to agree with my friend that it does gives you that polished look rather than normal loose powder. So when you want to set your make up, think what are the options you prefer. By the way the powder can last very long.

Another one of my favourites from Shu Uemura is their blusher. The Japanese made the right colors for Asian skin tone. I especially love the pinky flush look. I’m sure you know what i mean when you see the cute Japanese girls with their rosy cheek. You can get it from Shu Uemura blusher. It compliments Asian skin tone very well compare to the other western countries where by they focus more on olive skin tone. As you can see my blusher is finishing. This is my 2nd one :) I have another color with orange sun kissed blusher also by Shu Uemura. Love it! Looks like my cheeks just got a tan from the sun.

Till next time…
