Another chill out Sunday for a make up review

Eyes are very important feature for anyone, even for the guys. Girls are lucky, they can fake it. Since i have chinky eyes, usually i’ll try to find ways how to enhance my eyes so that they won’t look too “chinky”

For a simple day look, i would usually put on eye liner and mascara just to make my eyes look awake. One of my favourite mascara is Estee Lauder Magna Scopic. I tried it once long long time ago from my mom Estee make up gift set and a miniature mascara was in it. Once i tried it, that’s it i was hooked. I have long eye lashes but it has no volume. What i need is volume for my lashes and Magna Scopic just does the job. Instantly it gave my lashes full thick volume instant boost, i love it! Made my eyes look bigger and my long lashes flapping like a doll

Sadly my eyes are allergic to the mascara. I don’t know what it is, but i’m guessing one of the ingredienst in the mascara. My eyes would itch the whole day making me very uncomfortable. At the beginning i thought it was the eye liner but after some test i realize that it’s the mascara. After that i tried many brands of mascara but still it would not give me the volume that i wanted. I still can wear it but not daily. I’ll just wear it on occasions when my lashes need that extra boost. I will with stand the itchyness for the night

Until lately i found another eye opening mascara.

Benefit’s Bad Gal Blue is a eye opening mascara and it’s in blue. Not your everyday typical mascara, black or brown. The make up consultant told me that the blue will make your eyes look bigger and gives that open eye effect. The blue is not concentrated in the mascara it is  just a contrast to opened up your eyes. I could not believe it until i tried it, i was worried that it would be very blue. After trying, i can’t even see the blue on my lashes and it does opened up your eyes. It gives a bit of volume, but not as thick as the Estee Lauder mascara. Very natural, it’s good for everyday look. I can just put on the mascara,blusher and gloss and i’m out the door without looking washout. Eyes are important, it’s the first thing people see and you don’t want to look droppy and not attentive and it can bring brightness to your face.

With Benefit’s blue mascara.

This has become my daily mascara and the best part, i’m not allergic to it. One more thing, it’s not clumpy, you won’t need to brush any access out.
