My Intepretation:
Girl that doesn’t respond = Rude & plain waste of time.

This type of behavior are typically associated to “pretty ladies with high-noses”. Beautiful outside but ugly inside.

Move on. Even a plain-jane have more manners.

Yeah… That is totally laid on the guy’s interpretation of a girl. Well, for me i would caution of every girl that I am not ‘very’ familiar with.
